The process of working with Horizon Homes was pleasant from start to finish. Cody was extremely personable and professional during the initial assessment, taking the time to explain the suggested improvements and benefits. When work began, the crew were also professional and kind. They took the time to check in at the end of each day, explaining what they had done and had planned for the next day. When the cleanup was complete, it was like no one had ever been there – I was very impressed. We used Horizon Homes for three projects over the course of about a year: installing heat pumps, insulating our attic, and insulating our basement. Each one of those could not have gone better, from beginning to end, everyone involved. Horizon worked with us to get our rebates, everything was straightforward for billing, and costs were competitive with what I’d seen elsewhere.
